Look What I Found

My lost reading glasses....just not in one piece!

They went missing about two weeks ago while I was riding the lawnmower. Thank goodness for my spare pair.

Do you occasionally misplace, or lose, something you use everyday?

  2. At one time, I had a problem with truck keys. Finally, I broke myself of that one. I was afraid living in the country, I might have an emergency and would need the keys in a hurry.

  3. What a shame about the glasses. George used to be forever losing his shed key, eventually I attached a sparrow-sized stuffed fabric bird to the tiny key. He hasn't lost it since!

  5. I'm always looking for my driving glasses. I have my reading glasses perched on the end of my nose most of the time as I can't see anything close up- books, computer, the dials on the cooker, key hole to lock the door! I tried varifocals when I had my first cataract surgery but just couldn't manage with them, and didn't really want bifocals so got stuck with having 2 pairs of glasses.

    1. I'm the same way...only, I was 60 before I needed them for the up close "stuff". It's so frustrating to need them!

    1. The glasses are a lost cause. What happened here was they fell out of my shirt pocket while riding the lawnmower. I'm not sure if I ran over them or stepped on them.

  7. Oh yes, I misplace things all the time...in the house. I need to get organized! My hubby is the one that loses his sunglasses and other stuff out of his shirt pocket. At least I know my "lost" stuff is in the house somewhere...ha!

  8. I once spent 45 minutes looking for my reading glasses, only to discover them clipped to the front of my shirt.
